Smart repository: Jan 2021 updates

We are pleased to announce the following updates.

* Transliteration interface added for full-text search in local languages. Documents with UTF-8 encoded content may be searched with keywords transliterated to the script of the language.

* Some updates have been done to the presentation of the collections in the form of cards.

* Search for a document across all collections the logged in user has access to can be done now. A new interface for "All documents" has been added where the logged in user sees documents of all the collections that they have access to.
